We’re a small team investing in ambitious, unconventional ideas. Now we want to build a standout YouTube channel telling raw, honest stories of Europe’s most ambitious startup founders.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes YouTube. Not just an editor, but a creative partner who wants to shape, grow, and own a channel from the ground up.
Tasks
What You’ll Do
At the start:
- Edit long-form interviews (2h) down to sharp, compelling 20–30 min cuts (DaVinci Resolve)
Additionally, you’ll also more and more:
- Shape the creative direction of each video and the channel as a whole
- Decide what stories work, what doesn’t, and what to experiment with next
- Create and test thumbnails and titles that get clicks without clickbait
- Write copy for video descriptions and social posts
- Rigorously cut boring parts from videos against the protest of others
- Redo the intros multiple times until you are really happy with it
- Suggest new video formats and ideas to push our storytelling forward
- Co-plan our content calendar and experiments
- Potentially own the entire production process over time
Details
- Start as a part-time freelancer. If it’s a mutual fit, grow into a long-term, full-time role. Potentially with more editors to help you
- Fully remote is fine; if you’re in Berlin and can occasionally work in person for final edits, even better
- You’ll work directly with Andreas Klinger (founder/investor: Prototype Capital, Product Hunt, AngelList, EU-Inc)

About You
- You’re obsessed with YouTube. You think in retention curves, A/B thumbnails, and watch time and have opinions on all of them
- You see yourself as a producer, not just an editor. You want to own the creative outcome
- You care about Startups, tech, founders, and honest conversations, not glossy PR pieces
- Ideally you are running your own YouTube channel or closely help at one
- You’re opinionated. You have ideas and taste, and want to build something meaningful with a small, scrappy team
- You’re excited to grow a channel from zero to standout and take pride in the craft along the way

- Goal: Show what it really takes to build world-class startups from Europe and the people who do it at world class level.
