Our web application enables large industrial companies to make significantly better decision for their energy transition, allowing them to reach their energy related goals more reliably while staying more competitive through more resilience and lower costs.

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions for the energy decision platform at Kerith
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, implement, and test new features and enhancements
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability of the platform through code reviews and continuous improvement
• Contribute to technical discussions and provide innovative ideas to drive the product forward
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge

• You enjoy and are good at understanding logic & complexity
• You are proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL
• You have a strong background in front end development of web applications
• You are located in Germany
• You are experienced with data structures and algorithms.
• You bring working experience with front-end frameworks, full-stack development, and/or API development.
• You are familiar with CI/CD Tools (Github Actions).
• You love to share your thoughts and grow with others.
• Be versatile and enthusiastic about taking on new problems across the full stack.

Everyone loves a straightforward and quick process. That's why we've broken our approach into three steps, each allowing you to contact us with any questions or concerns.

This is what the individual steps look like:

1. Initial chat: to get to know each other, understand the current situation, and your expectations with one of our Founders (30 min)
2. Take home challenge followed by live technical interview: to test your abilities and learn more about your technical skills with Niklas, Max, and Elias (2 hours + 60 min).
3. Founder meeting: to find out if we click together, whether it’s during lunch or a remote call with all founders - Elias, Joshua, and Philipp (approx. 30 min)
