We are seeking a (Senior) Business Automation Developer (all genders) for our growing Business Automation team where you can collaborate with cross-departmental teams to automate processes, leveraging AI and bleeding-edge tools to support our growing business. After your onboarding, you will have the opportunity to work directly within the business departments to combine technical and process-related skills into a role that helps to shape the future of E-Commerce.

## Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

* You automate complex business processes in a reliable and maintainable way, using tools like n8n
* You create and optimize AI agents using modern LLMs and related tooling (prompting, retrieval, evaluation/guardrails, RAG)
* You partner with business departments to analyze, redesign, and automate new and existing processes from discovery to rollout
* You collaborate with our Center of Excellence for Automation to propose, prioritize, and lead initiatives that improve our automation and AI platforms
* You work cross-functionally with technical experts, product managers, and business leaders to share best practices, document patterns, and enable self-serve automation across the company

## Profil

## Your profile – this is what we expect from you

* You are comfortable scripting in JavaScript for n8n Function nodes or have equivalent experience (foundational programming skills, Python experience, etc.)
* You are comfortable integrating SaaS tools and internal systems via APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and event-driven patterns
* You are proficient with APIs and data manipulation: JSON, REST, SQL for joins/aggregations, and the occasional regex
* Experience with automation/orchestration tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, etc. is a plus
* Experience with prompt engineering and building AI Agents is a plus
* You are a strong communicator who can explain trade-offs to both business and engineering stakeholders and create concise documentation/playbooks
* You are fluent in English (C1) and enjoy working in an international environment
