You will spearhead sales activity in our core markets in Europe and US (Geneva, Zurich, Paris, NYC, with others added as we grow).
The mission is simple:
Fill the top of the funnel with senior decision-makers at Asset & Wealth Managers (≈ CHF 500 m+ AUM).
Advance qualified leads through needs discovery, solution design and priced offers.
Activate in-person channels: boutique events, curated roadshows and one-to-one relationship building.
You’ll have direct support from the CEO and a Technical Lead for later-stage demos. A quarterly event & travel budget will be agreed jointly at the start of each quarter.
This role will include a mix of in-person and online, and will involve juggling multiple relations at a given time. Expect travel up to 40 % (Europe & US).
Success in this role will be measured and compensation will be directly tied to performance.
- Weekly Identifying and outreach to ICP’s through cold and warm channels including personalised email / linkedIn cadence, event hosting and roadshows.
- Securing meetings, video calls or in-person, based on quarterly targets.
- Identify and report back to the CEO on prospects needs, scopes and budgets.
- Preparation of priced Engagement Letters and regular follow-up cadence.
Cadence: ≈15-20 qualified calls per month
- Pre-event preparation in core markets based on pre-defined quarterly strategy.
- Outreach and follow-ups to new and existing contacts to secure as attendees and speakers.
- On-the-day hosting including guest welcomes, opening words and speaker moderation.
- In-the-room networking and post-event follow-up for scheduled meetings.
Cadence: ≈2-3 events per quarter
- Pre-roadshow outreach and follow-ups to new and existing contacts to secure in-person meetings.
- Invitation and hosting of private intimate dinners in core markets.
Cadence: ≈1-2 roadshows per quarter
- All prospect and qualified leads interactions logged weekly.
Weekly 3 x 15-min sync with CEO & Ops to relay product-market signals.
The Ideal Candidate will be:
Direct sales related experience in similar or adjacent roles is welcomed, we also encourage non-traditional candidates like former athletes, high-impact operators, sales driven founders, and more to apply.
