Head Chef (w/m/n)

The Kamberi Group is a group of companies with exceptional brands and specialized companies. We are looking for a Head Chef (m / f / d) for the subsidiary Sevendays who will actively support us in the future.

• Establishment, management, and further development of the kitchen team
• Organization and optimization of work processes in the kitchen
• Definition of the food offering together with the management
• Active presence in the kitchen, during production and service times
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Administration with calculation, personnel planning, ordering, etc.
• Close collaboration with the General Manager

• Training as a cook and 5 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of international cuisine is essential
• Commitment, fun and creativity in the job high motivation, team spirit and resilience
