Kallent is recruiting students and recent graduates for flexible, remote projects that support the evaluation and improvement of advanced AI systems for our current client.
This opportunity is designed for curious, detail-oriented candidates who enjoy reading, writing, problem-solving, and applying what they’ve learned in school to real-world AI tasks. You do not need to come from a technical major. Strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to follow detailed instructions are the most important qualities.
As a Generalist AI Trainer, you may review AI-generated responses, assess quality, and identify where models succeed or fall short. You’ll use your academic knowledge, reasoning ability, writing skills, and attention to detail to help improve Large Language Models.
