We specialize in curating exclusive investment opportunities, off-plan advisory, and premium resale and rental services across Dubai’s most desirable communities. • Generate and manage property listings across portals and internal CRM
• Conduct property viewings with prospective clients
• Guide buyers and tenants through the entire process — from initial inquiry to final closing
• Build long-term client relationships through market knowledge and timely follow-ups
• Negotiate offers between buyers/sellers or tenants/landlords to achieve successful outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of off-plan launches and secondary market trends
• Coordinate with developers, mortgage providers, and DLD as needed

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates)
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Urdu/Hindi are a plus)
• Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, and real estate CRM systems
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and client-first attitude
• Own car and valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Professional grooming and presentable appearance
• RERA certification (can be arranged after joining)
