About the project, we need power for

The property management sector is a huge market with more than 18.000 property managers managing over 10 million building units and being responsible for complex workflows. ​Property managers are still missing the key centerpiece to digitize their processes: a state-of-the-art, workflow-oriented, and user-friendly digital operating platform.

We set out to take on this challenge and reshape a stale industry by simplifying complex workflows and making the lives of property managers much easier.

Tasks

We are looking for a Customer Success/Support who is ready to revolutionize the future of property management with our uniquely simple, fast, and beautiful PropTech solution that we are offering.

As part of our customer support team, you will help our customers with their daily work with the project.

Your activities will include:

⏩ Process phonecalls & tickets

⏩ Editing tickets

⏩ Answering accounting questions

⏩ Provide feedback to the customers in using German language

⏩ Conception and creation of support articles and videos

⏩ Coordination and communication with the developers

Requirements

You shall bring:

✅ Customer facing experience

✅ Fluent in English & German (both writing & speaking)

✅ Problem-solving skills and technical understanding of products and systems

✅ Strong communication skills in customer contact

✅ Reliability and independence in handling tasks

Nice to have:

⏩ Background in economics, computer science, business administration, or similar (Bachelor/Master) desirable, but optional.
