## YOUR CHALLENGE

As our Team Lead Customer Service, you will be responsible for taking over the lead of our customer service team, you’ll play a key role in developing relationships with our customers and driving JUNIQE’s success story.  
You will lead a team of 10 colleagues, developing and inspiring them as they key tasks and achieving their goals.   
  
Your responsibilities will include:  
* **Responsibilities:** You’ll take over leadership of our 7-person Customer Service team, managing and developing the team while also standing as a direct contact to our customers, answering customer inquiries professionally and empathetically by phone and e-mail. You’ll listen to what customers have to say, identify potential solutions to pain points, and work towards implementing them within the JUNIQE experience
* **Strategy:** You’ll create, monitor, and analyse performance KPIs as well as team capacities and performance, and coordinate strategy directly with the C-level management. You’ll also be responsible for the development and growth of the Customer Service team and its members. You’ll take over the management and planning of projects within the team, i.e. the optimization of customer reviews, maintenance of the FAQs, or launching new channels for customer communication
* **Challenge the Status Quo:** You’re someone who is passionate for development and efficiency. Pushing the optimization of our customer service processes will be at the core of what you do, leading the team and the entire JUNIQE customer service experience into new areas
* **Teamwork:** You’ll work closely with our Logistics, Product Management, and Social Media teams

## YOUR PROFILE

* You have several years of experience in Customer Service, as well as experience in leading teams and managing people
* You are customer-focused and are have an open, empathetic personality
* You’re a strong communicator, and love chatting on the phone or crafting great e-mails
* You’re stress-resistant, even under pressure
* You’re solutions and efficiency-oriented, and enjoy working through change
* You bring a hands-on mentality to your work
* You speak excellent German and English - other languages are a plus
