We are looking for a passionate kitchen assistant for our Café Bravo in Berlin Mitte, to support in developing a new, modern, and healthy menu with an international and dynamic team. 

Chefs are a rare species nowadays, so experience for this job is truly appreciated but not necessary as long as you are eager to learn. Whether you are a trained and experienced cook or changing career, we would like you to be a team player and have the desire to create something new and grow with us.

## Tasks

*   Preparing and plating dishes according to the recipes on which you will be trained;
*   Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene;
*   Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies;
*   Organizing and correctly storing food supplies.

## Requirements

What we are looking for :

*   Someone who is passionate about food and hospitality;
*   Knowledge about allergens and gluten/dairy free product is a plus;
*   Cleanliness and a good understanding of hygiene practices (Rote Karte or any HACCP certificate is appreciated)
*   Flexibility, autonomy and ability to work under pressure;
*   Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, kneel, and reach to store/retrieve supplies on delivery days;
*   Communicative and open personality;
*   Knowledge of English and/or German.
