We are looking for a talented Executive Assistant with a strategic focus.   
  
This position is a key supporting role with a high level of responsibility and impact. This position will primarily work with the CEO, Richard but also the other 2 Co-founders Max and Lukas in reporting, communicating with investors, clients, planning, scheduling, and organizing tasks to keep time and attention focused on company goals, projects, and priorities.  
  
To make our vision a reality, we look for the everyday curious, the strategic mind focused, attention to details kind of people.  
You won’t be stuck doing only the regular ‘secretary’, admin work.  
  
To be successful in this position, you must be diligent, results oriented, have strong attention to details, think quick and fast and have the demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise workflow.   
This role requires someone who loves to learn and effectively multitasks without losing attention to details.

## Tasks

*   Act as a liaison between the CEO and all departments as well as outside partners and clients on all matters.
*   Pertaining to the executive operations of the organization.
*   Support the Founders in preparatory accounting.
*   Support the CEO to lead the Customer Support Department.
*   Reliably prepares, edits and maintains correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
*   Greet clients and visitors to our office.
*   Plan, organize and co-ordinate functions and special events for the CEO and other team members.
*   Provides information for reports and records through research, data retrieval, compiling and/or tabulating statistics, and organizing and presenting the information in useable and understandable formats such as Excel and PowerPoint.
*   Full ownership of many confidential/exciting projects.

## Requirements

*   A positive attitude, sense of humour, and professional demeanour
*   You've already gathered good experience in a comparable position.
*   You speak C2/Native German and B2 English 
*   You like to be challenged and think strategically
*   You love to organise things and get to know new structures
*   You are open to learn new amazing stuff

*   You're familiar with the normal tools: Office Suite, Slack, (...)
