Jolly Commerce LLP

11-50

We're an E-commerce CRO agency working with 8-9 fig businesses in US and Europe.
We need someone who owns client relationships end-to-end. You are the bridge between our clients and our team of CRO strategists, designers, and developers. Your job: make sure clients are happy, projects are delivered with quality, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Tasks

One sentence: Keep clients happy by being the best communicator in the room.
- You will manage 5-7 e-commerce CRO projects at a time for brands making $10M-$100M/year.
- You will be the single point of contact for each client -- the person they trust, rely on, and turn to when things get messy.
- You will coordinate between our internal team (strategists, designers, developers) and the client to ensure everyone is aligned, deadlines are met, and quality is never compromised.
- You will push back when needed, ask the hard questions, and make sure we are delivering real value -- not just checking boxes.

Requirements

1️⃣ Skills We Expect

Experience in e-commerce, CRO, or agency work

Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics

Basic understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization

Comfortable working across time zones (we work with US-based clients)

Use AI and is comfortable with using AI and experimenting with AI

2️⃣ Who You Are
Experience and background don't matter as much as the following traits:
Relentless Communicator
You over-communicate. You follow up. You never assume. You make sure everyone is on the same page, even when it feels redundant.
Detail-Obsessed
You catch the small things. You notice when something is off. You do not let details slip through the cracks.
Proactive Problem Solver
You do not wait for problems to escalate. You see them coming and address them before they become fires.
Client-First Mindset
You genuinely care about making clients happy. You go the extra mile to ensure they feel heard, valued, and taken care of.
Fast Learner
You pick things up quickly. You do not need hand-holding. You figure things out and ask smart questions when you are stuck.
Calm Under Pressure
Things will get chaotic. Deadlines will shift. Clients will panic. You stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented.

Benefits

Performance Bonus
The more clients you take and the longer you keep them, the higher your bonus
Fully Remote
Work from anywhere. No office required.
Growth Opportunity
This is not a dead-end role. As we grow, you grow. If you excel, there is room to take on more responsibility, manage a team, or specialize in areas you care about.
Our Hiring Process
We keep it simple.
1 Founder Interview (45 min)
A conversation with the founder to understand your background, communication style, and whether you are a good fit for the role.
2 Team Interview (45 min)
A call with our lead strategist to see how you interact with the team and handle real-world scenarios.
3 Reference Check
We will reach out to 1-2 references to confirm you are who you say you are. Then we make a decision.
If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you. Fill out the application form and we will get back to you within 3 days.
