As our Junior GTM Specialist, you’ll sit at the intersection of technology, sales, and marketing, supporting customer-facing teams with technical insights and scalable processes. Your work will help us translate complex solutions into clear business value, ensure smooth product launches, and continuously improve how JOIN goes to market.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in driving GTM success. Here’s what that looks like:
Who you’ll work with
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product, while reporting into the GTM team. Your contributions will help align strategy, content, and execution - and ensure that our commercial teams operate with clarity and efficiency.
What we’re looking for
We don’t believe in checklists – but if most of these apply to you, we’d love to chat:
✔ 2–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales.
✔ Exceptional communication, storytelling, and messaging skills.
✔ Strong organisational and project management abilities.
✔ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-team collaboration.
✔ Interest in SaaS, tech, or go-to-market strategy.
✔ Data-driven mindset with curiosity to learn and grow.
✔ Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
Bonus: Experience with SQL, API integrations, and low-code tools (automation edge).
Nice to have: Background in Revenue Operations or Sales Enablement.
