<h2>Tasks</h2>
Your work will directly influence JOIN’s revenue growth, customer retention, and product adoption. Here’s what that looks like:

<li>Identify new business opportunities and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities through proactive outreach and account analysis</li>
<li>Present JOIN’s product solutions in a compelling, value-driven way – in French and English</li>
<li>Own your pipeline and ensure clean forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce</li>
<li>Anticipate churn risks early and implement strategies to secure customer retention</li>
<li>Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure clients receive maximum value</li>
<li>Design and test outbound sales strategies tailored to your segment</li>
<li>Lead cold-calling campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive meetings</li>
<li>Document and iterate on best practices and outbound sales playbooks</li>
<li>Analyse results to continuously improve your sales acumenWho you’ll work with</li>

Who you’ll work with
You’ll work directly with Sales Leadership and closely with Account Management, GTM and Marketing to support customers across the entire lifecycle. You’ll be part of a collaborative, feedback-driven culture that values clear communication and shared ownership of success.
<h2>Requirements</h2>
What we’re looking for

✔ You are a builder not a doer
✔ You want contribute to the growth strategy in your territory
✔ Fluency in French and strong English communication skills
✔ 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or SDR/BDR, ideally in SaaS or Tech
✔ Confident presenting and consulting via phone, video calls, and in person
✔ Organized in pipeline management and forecasting
✔ Comfortable owning targets and driving strategic client development
✔ Reliable, proactive, and self-driven with a growth mindset
