<p>A core offering of JOIN is the multiposting of job ads, enabled by our partnerships and integrations with hundreds of job platforms in Europe. As a partnership manager at JOIN, you play a key role in developing this offering which is critical to JOIN's success!</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>You acquire new partners to expand our network in DACH and Europe</li>
<li>You are the main contact person for job board partners, resolving questions and issues</li>
<li>You negotiate purchase contracts and other partnership agreements encompassing posting jobs of our customers to our partners job portal</li>
<li>You monitor performance of your partners and identify opportunities for mutual growth</li>
<li>You support in refining the processes within the partnership cycle (partner acquisition &amp; onboarding, partner marketing &amp; management)</li>
<li>You collaborate within your marketplace team and with the sales teams to ensure the products of your partners are well marketed and sold to customers of our software</li>
<li>You work with our engineering team to prioritise and support building new integrations</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>You are an articulate communicator and equiped to negotiate and navigate complex deals</li>
<li>You are analytical and use data to inform your decisions</li>
<li>You are able to understand different business models and identify synergies / win-win situations with potential partners</li>
<li>You have experience in working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot and / or Salesforce</li>
<li>You have 1-5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership or Sales</li>
<li>You are fluent in English and German, any other European languages could be a plus</li>
<li>You have a growth mindset: You regularly evaluate your own performance and are open to constructive feedback to continuously grow both personally and professionally</li>
<li>You take full responsibility for your work and can be counted on to deliver projects on time</li>
<li>You are familiar with startup environments, thrive in fast-paced settings, and effortlessly adapt to shifting priorities.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ideally, you:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>have experience in the recruiting or HR-Tech industry</li>
<li>Ideally, you: are experienced in querying structured datasets with SQL</li>
</ul>

<li>Regular presence in the office is a relevant success driver, however you will enjoy flexibility with our hybrid work approach, where after your probationary period, you can work from anywhere or from home for up to 104 days per year.</li>
