✔ 4+ years in a People and HR Role, ideally within a fast-paced or startup environment
✔ Fluent in German (mandatory), with good English proficiency
✔ A strong expertise with HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate employee records
✔ Ability to work independently and develop internal optimisation projects with minimum supervision
✔ Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage different priorities effectively
✔ Good understanding of German labor laws and compliance standards
✔ Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing work environment
