## Tasks

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities will include:

*   Handling phone calls with customer queries and providing resolutions.
*   Recording case resolutions on client communication via phone, email, and chat.
*   Meeting performance goals.
*   Working independently and collaboratively within a team.
*   Communicating effectively with internal and external contacts.
*   Efficiently handling contacts based on response time and issue resolution goals.
*   Participating in training sessions as required.

## Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

*   Dutch a least C1 and English at least B1
*   Previous experience in an outsourced customer service environment is advantageous.
*   Ability to work independently and within a team.
*   Commitment to meeting performance goals and quality standards.
