## Tasks

*   Handle sales and customer on-boarding processes.
*   Verify documents related to the loan portfolio.
*   Maintain and manage customer databases.
*   Engage with clients, ensuring a high level of service and support.
*   Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

## Requirements

*   Previous experience in customer care or working with customer databases.
*   Strong communication skills and confidence in sales interactions.
*   Ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, with potential weekend shifts.
*   No prior sales experience required, but it is a plus.

## Benefits

**Salary**: €23,000 per annum.

**Tax Rate**: 15-20%.

**Work Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm.

**Breaks**: Lunch break provided.

**Annual Leave**: 22 days.

**Training**: 1-day initial training and 6-month probation period, with performance reviews after 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months.

**Relocation Support**: €1000 reclaimable via expenses for relocation, including flight, taxi, and rent paid in advance. Receipts required for reimbursement.
