Serve as the vital link between our online casino and Dutch players, ensuring exceptional experiences. No prior iGaming experience required - comprehensive training provided. Flexible shift basis across weekdays and weekends.

## Tasks

*   Communicate effectively with Dutch players, prioritizing satisfaction and professionalism.
*   Adapt swiftly to a fast-paced environment, multitasking efficiently as part of a team.
*   Participate in various training modules covering Casino, Sportsbook, AML & RGL, etc.

## Requirements

*   EU passport holder
*   Native-level fluency in Dutch and English.
*   Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
*   Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
*   Demonstrated empathy and professionalism in customer interactions.
*   Willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic industry.

## Benefits

*   Monthly salary of 28K plus 1,000 in employee benefits.
*   5% of annual salary added to pension plan monthly.
*   Night shift benefits.
*   Extra holiday on birthday.
*   Relocation package provided including flights and 2 weeks accommodation 
*   1 month remote work available per year. 
*   Can work twice a week from home
