IT Support Specialist - 1st / 2nd Level Support (all genders)

Your mission

We are looking for a friendly and reliable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Palma, Mallorca.
As part of #teamjemix, you will support our customers in their daily IT work. You will be one of their first contacts for technical questions and help them solve common IT issues quickly and professionally.

• Handle 1st and 2nd level support requests
• Work on daily support tickets
• Support users with macOS, iOS and Apple devices
• Set up and configure Apple devices
• Visit customers on-site when needed
• Document solutions in our knowledge base

Your profile

• First experience in IT support or completed IT training
• Good knowledge of macOS and iOS
• Very good German and good English skills are required; alternatively, a combination of Spanish and English is also possible
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Friendly and professional communication
• Reliable and structured way of working
