We are a company that sells products directly to customers online. We are growing quickly and need a Graphic Designer to join our team. Our marketing team has spent over $20M on ads on Meta and Google, gaining a lot of insight into effective creative strategies.

Who We Are Looking For:

Graphic Designer with a passion for creativity and a desire to grow into the role of a Creative Strategist.

## Tasks

*    Work on making performance driven ads for Meta and Google.
*    Study our products and find out what customers think about them.
*    Look at what our competitors are doing and what products they offer.
*    Read customer reviews to get ideas for improvement.
*    Check our Meta and Google accounts to see what's working and what's not.
*    Come up with new marketing ideas and ways to talk about our products.

## Requirements

*   Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio.
*   Experience with Figma. 
*   The ability to make research, think like a customer and translate insights into ads.
*   An interest in performance marketing and advertising, ready to learn and adapt.
*   A big interest in new AI tools that help make creating ads easier and better.
*   A proactive mindset.
