Junior/Middle Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Junior/Middle Delivery Manager to support a Senior Delivery Manager and progressively take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts within our IT outsourcing environment.

This is a growth-oriented role, combining client operations, people management, and delivery coordination. The Delivery Manager will initially manage low-to-medium complexity accounts, with senior guidance, and is expected to operate independently on assigned accounts over time.

Client Management & Delivery

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned client accounts (status calls, follow-ups, action tracking).
• Act as the main operational point of contact for assigned clients, with escalation support from a Senior DM.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation actions.
• Participate in client discussions related to scope changes, extensions, and delivery topics, with senior stakeholder support.

People & Performance Management

• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with consultants assigned to owned accounts.
• Monitor engagement, performance, and delivery quality.
• Provide structured feedback and support development discussions.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for assigned resources.
• Escalate complex people-related topics to the Senior DM or HR when needed.

Stakeholder & Internal Collaboration

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Recruitment, and Delivery leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Share structured feedback from consultants and clients with internal stakeholders.
• Support retention and team stability initiatives.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing B2B role within IT / services(Customer Success, HRBP, Recruiter, Account Coordination, Delivery Support, Client Operations, etc.)
• Experience managing multiple clients or stakeholders in parallel
