Tasks

Your tasks

1st & 2nd level administration, service and support of an IT infrastructure based on Microsoft365
Technical consulting, support and setup of various server and client solutions
responsibility for the availability of IT services
Enhancement and support of IT systems and processes with regards to constantly growing requirements in terms of performance, availability and cost-effectiveness
Taking over IT projects for our customers (consulting, planning, implementation and monitoring as well as responsibility towards internal and external customer)

Requirements

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, or comparable (professional education as IT specialist for system integration)
Ideally 1-2 years of professional experience in 1st & 2nd level support
Experience in M365 (Exchange, Exchange Online, Azure, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint etc.)
Experience in dealing with Windows client, server and cloud solutions
Ability of analytical thinking
Confident, friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
