We are seeking a Sustainability Manager to join the IONOS team. In this role, you will work closely with and report directly to the Head of Sustainability. 

The Sustainability Manager will focus on: 

* Support and drive the ESG strategy, projects and goals through advising and supporting operational units and corporate functions i.e. people experience, tech-ops, compliance, risk management, etc.
* ESG controlling and reporting: key figures and KPIs, engaging with departments to bring about process, quality and scope improvements, supporting internal and external audits and assessments.
* ESG ratings: preparation of ratings surveys, evaluation of gaps and liaising with departments to bring about continuous improvements.
* Communications: defines, support, create and control sustainability communications (report, website, marketing communications etc.).
* Analyze application of standards, frameworks and regulations, e.g., CSRD, GRI, ESG regulations; translate into pragmatic action plans and liaise with stakeholders.
* Managing ESG stakeholders; act as key contact for all internal and external related requests.
