## Your Tasks:

As International Brand Campaign Manager you will support us in further expanding the awareness and strategic positioning of our brand internationally. In close cooperation with internal specialists and external agencies, you will develop 360° brand campaigns for various countries. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

* You will conceptualise, organise and implement multi-channel campaigns and ensure that brand presence and messaging are aligned across all channels and media (TV, YouTube, podcast, etc.).
* You manage marketing projects from A to Z: from creative and strategic concept development, briefing internal colleagues and agencies, planning and organisation to cost and quality control as well as documentation.
* You analyse the needs of our clients, general consumer trends, market developments and best practices to develop successful marketing strategies.
* You continuously monitor the performance of the campaigns and optimise them accordingly.

## We Appreciate:

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of marketing, communication, business administration or a comparable course of studies or have a comparable professional training. You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a marketing or advertising manager. You also bring the following with you:

* Very good skills in the development and management of cross-media campaigns with a focus on brand awareness including the evaluation of different assets (video, banners etc.) as well as dealing with creative and strategic agencies.
* You love and live marketing and have many ideas on how to develop a strong brand.
* You enjoy working with people from different cultures, have a high level of empathy and ideally have experience with international markets.
* Your communication skills set you apart - both in German and English. Knowledge of Spanish, French or Italian is an advantage.
* You are an organisational talent and are characterised by a structured, proactive and strongly analytical way of working.
* You like to take on responsibility and have a high level of assertiveness.
