Using the latest approaches and an integrative concept, we identify the causes of our patients' complaints, conduct comprehensive analyses, and develop customized therapy concepts.

For our modern location in Basel-Stadt, we are looking for a:

**Patient Relations Manager 100%**

## Tasks

**Your Responsibilities:**

*   **Front Desk and Patient Care:** Actively manage incoming inquiries through our booking channels, such as the website, WhatsApp, phone, and email.
*   Advise potential patients on our medical concept in close collaboration with the medical team to optimize treatment schedules and capacity utilization.
*   Send treatment offers and ensure consistent follow-up.
*   Manage the entire booking process for confirmed new patients in cooperation with the medical team.
*   Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development to maintain the referral network and handle related patient inquiries.
*   **Appointment Management:** Organize and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient and punctual scheduling, including follow-ups and last-minute changes.
*   **Reception Duties:** Welcome patients and manage the check-in process, including reviewing and distributing necessary documentation.
*   **Documentation and Data Management:** Ensure patient data is complete and accurate, record information in the practice software, and manage invoicing.
*   **Communication:** Handle feedback and complaints professionally and empathetically to ensure high patient satisfaction.
*   **Technology Use:** Utilize online booking systems, digital patient records, and communication tools.
*   **Continuous Improvement:** Propose suggestions to modernize processes and optimize patient coordination.
*   **Quality Standards:** Ensure all processes run smoothly, are documented, and are patient-focused.

As the Patient Relations Manager, you will be the organizational heart of patient coordination, significantly contributing to patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.

## Requirements

*   You have completed training as a secretary, receptionist, concierge, guest relations officer, or equivalent. A university degree is an advantage.
*   You handle patient interactions professionally and kindly from the first contact to their discharge, tailoring your approach to individual needs.
*   Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, but we welcome your curiosity to learn about it.
*   You are a responsible, flexible, and resilient individual with a well-groomed appearance and friendly, professional demeanor.
*   You are communicative, empathetic, and enjoy teamwork.
*   You thrive in a medical environment catering primarily to self-paying patients.
*   You are motivated, eager to learn, and open to new experiences.
*   You possess excellent German and English skills. French and other languages are an advantage.
