You will start as Sales Development Representative. The vast part of your work will be in Outbound. You will be mining leads, contacting them and analysing your success rate based on data. Together with the leadership team, you will support working on strategies and tactics for inbound activities.

You will also qualify leads and make them ready for our sales team to close. Getting better in time you will have the chance to advance as a Sales Manager bringing the deal to closing.

## Tasks

*   Generate Leads. Research, identification and generation of leads for outbound activities (email marketing, Linkedin, etc.) with the help of various digital tools.
*   Create and execute outreach campaigns, based on in-depth research of the user target group; creation of content and copy for emails based on target groups.
*   Do inbound qualification. You will be the first touch spot for all inbound communication. You will lead the first discussions and qualify customers.
*   Collect data on your Outbound and Inbound activities and present it to the leadership team, supporting the development of sales strategy.
*   Optimize campaigns based on the current outcomes and identify the interesting market to reach out to.
*   Research markets and companies, understand trends and anticipate needs.

## Requirements

*   FLUENT IN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED. Another language is a plus.
*   Experience in Lead generation and Outbound Sales A MUST.
*   Good knowledge of sales and CMR tools like Pipedrive or hubspot would be great.
*   Determination. You can work determined to achieve a set goal without losing focus on the path no matter how hard the path is.
*   Analytical. You can understand data and develop your own path of sales development based on facts and numbers.
*   Communicator. You can write copy for email communications in easy-to-understand and catchy words.
*   Good knowledge of sales and CMR tools like Pipedrive or Hubspot would be great.
*   Presentation skills. You are comfortable taking potential customers through our sales pitch, You engage with your audience and establish a rapport that can become a great customer relationship.
*   Empathy. You can understand what customers want and know how to be one step ahead at all times.
