About You
You’ll play a key role in driving growth by ensuring our customers achieve maximum value. Working closely with the founding team, you’ll develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Tasks
- Pre-sales & Onboarding: Onboarding prospects and customers based on their goals and internal framework for success
- Nurturing: Keeping track of product adoption with our analytics tool to make sure customers are aware of new functionalities
- Product improvement: collaborate with the product team to convert customer feedback into our product strategy
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or pre-sales
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re self-motivated, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Results-Oriented Mindset: You’re driven by outcomes and know how to measure success.
- Communication Pro: You can distill complex ideas into compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
- You're in love with the problem (and the product): You deeply understand customer pain points and are passionate about solving them.
- Relationship Builder: You foster strong, trust-based relationships that turn customers into long-term advocates.
- Tech: Experience with CRM software and customer success tools.
