Electrician (Sub contractor - 2 days per week)

Installio is on the hunt for an enthusiastic individual to join us as an Electrician, joining our experienced installation teams in the South/East of England for a fixed day rate for 2 days per week.

Working directly in customers’ homes, you will be an intrinsic member of our heat pump installations teams and work closely with our senior installers to finalize and commision installations. No prior experience with heat pumps is necessary, but as an experienced electrician, you already have the skills needed on the job and will work under the expert guidance of our Founding Engineer to learn everything there is to know about air source heat pumps (ASHP).

Responsibilities:

• Skillfully install electrical systems for heat pumps in residential properties
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
• Collaborate with our senior technicians to sign off and commission installations

Your profile:

Required

• Level 2 or 3 or equivalent electrical qualifications
• Experience working in domestic properties
• Vehicle and tools
• Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the role, i.e. able to bend, stretch, kneel and crouch, as well as be comfortable working at height and in confined spaces

Desirable

• 2391-52
• 18th Edition
• Experience installing air source heat pumps
• Experience with central heating wiring

• Competitive day rate of £300-350 per day
• Progression to full-time position possible
