ACID is a modern specialty coffee shop & bakery with multiple locations in Berlin and Madrid. The search for excellence, product care, and attention to detail are essential for any barista at ACID. Every day, the ACID team challenges traditions, offering unique coffees, sharing their stories, and crafting pastries with uncommon ingredients and techniques. We are looking for a passionate barista who shares our commitment to excellence and hospitality.

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks and manual brews (hand brews, batch brew)
• Dial in espresso and maintain consistency throughout shifts
• Engage with customers in a warm, knowledgeable, and genuine way
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and workspace
• Assist with opening/closing duties and daily prep

• Experience in specialty coffee (minimum 1 year)
• Work permit
• Based in Berlin, Germany
• Understanding of:
  Espresso extraction & dialing in
  Milk texturing and latte art
  Manual brew methods
• Passion for 3rd wave coffee culture, origin, and flavor profiles
• Interest in artisan food and bakery products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and consistency
