Hybrid work between production and administrative tasks - Responsible for the entire bakery team, their work, delegating tasks, and also confirming if they are completed - research and development of recipes for bread and bakery items - placing orders for products - quality control (QC) of production - schedules for the team

Proven previous experience baking and leading teams - minimum stay of 1 year
