AI Product Engineer

This time, we are looking for an AI Product Engineer to join an international EdTech project. This is not a traditional Product Owner or PM role. We are looking for builders. People who can independently turn ideas into production-ready solutions.

• Build and iterate on AI-native educational products
• Develop user-facing features in AI-assisted development environments
• Work closely with engineering and product stakeholders
• Translate specifications and ideas into production-ready solutions
• Improve and fine-tune prompt-based workflows
• Rapidly prototype and validate new product ideas
• Collaborate on frontend-heavy product development
• Independently build context from documentation, Jira tickets and async discussions
• Contribute to product decisions, UX improvements and execution planning

• 5+ years of experience in frontend, full-stack, product engineering or other hands-on technical roles, ideally in startup or scale-up SaaS environments
• Strong ownership mentality and execution-focused mindset
• Ability to independently structure solutions and move initiatives forward
• Good understanding of user-facing product behavior and UX thinking
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and tooling
• Interest in AI-native product development
