Tasks
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (outbound and inbound)
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs
- Present Insourcify’s solutions and guide clients through the decision-making process
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to closing deals
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations to align on target groups and messaging
Requirements
- Full professional fluency in German (C1 or higher)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven success in handling client-facing roles and closing deals
- Experience in service-based or consulting sales is a strong plus
- Eligible to work in the EU / Germany
