Tasks

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (outbound and inbound)
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs
  • Present Insourcify’s solutions and guide clients through the decision-making process
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to closing deals
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations to align on target groups and messaging

Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in German (C1 or higher)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Proven success in handling client-facing roles and closing deals
  • Experience in service-based or consulting sales is a strong plus
  • Eligible to work in the EU / Germany
