Tech Lead Inoopa | Part-time (3 days/week) | Freelance

Inoopa is a B2B lead generation company that helps businesses discover and connect with their ideal prospects. Our SaaS platform leverages advanced data technology and semantic search to deliver high-quality leads, empowering companies to grow their sales pipelines efficiently.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Tech Lead to join our team on a freelance basis, working 3 days per week. You will be responsible for the technical vision, development, and maintenance of our platform while also serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.

Your focus will be to make our SasS platform scale and will :

• Develop and maintain our existing SaaS platform that delivers leads to B2B companies

• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security

• Manage customer relationships and translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality across the platform• Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in AI and semantic search

• At least 1 year of experience managing a SaaS product.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript/Typescript.

• Solid understanding of Docker

• Experience with Stripe or similar.

• Experience in customer-facing roles, translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Fluent in English, plus proficiency in French or Dutch.

• Freelance status (self-employed contractor) / Entrepreuneurial mindset

• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform fundamentals.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and semantic search technologies

• Experience with data scraping and pipeline orchestration

• Background in B2B SaaS or lead generation platforms
