To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a :

## Tasks

*   Managing the requirements and expectations of international customers with the appropriate solutions.  
*   Assisting the Account Director with the planning and managing of the annual MKT budget for Hyundai Driving Experiences within the business plan. 
*   Collaborating with and supporting the Digital Communication team in the planning, organizing, and executing of various communication activities – including the Hyundai Driving Experience events.  
*   Handling projects for Hyundai Driving Experiences website, shopping tool, and digital campaigns in collaboration with the Development team, Creative team, and Event team. 
*   Posting event and project analysis upon completion of each event or digital initiative. 
*   Conceptualizing innovative digital campaign ideas and convincing clients through compelling documentation and presentations. 
*   Coordinating internal alignment on roles and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration with other teams throughout the event lifecycle – from planning to post-event follow-up. 
*   Assisting and supporting the entire project management such as control of all cooperation partners and suppliers, budget calculation, invoicing, controlling, and reporting.  
*   Handling website/system-related requests from the service team & event team  
*   Writing creative briefing material and leading briefing sessions. 
*   Monitoring and analyzing traffic data through Google Analytics & Shopify Analytics 
*   Experience with SEO and Email Marketing. would be an advantage. 
*   General financial and budget management and business administration 
*   Travelling with the event and creative team if required to manage content creation and development.

## Requirements

*   University degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent degree. 
*   3-5 years of practical experience: 
*   Website development, Design, and Layout with developers 
*   Project management of digital campaigns with the creative team 
*   Monitoring of administrative as well as internal systems for project and task 
*   Very good understanding of digital marketing and web technologies. 
*   Ability to work under pressure. 
*   Very good knowledge of project and process management 
*   Ability to perform multiple tasks in parallel. 
*   Organizational skills and ability to work fast and independently. 
*   Strong service mentality and high-quality standards 
*   Proficient in German and English, both verbal and written 
*   Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)  
*   You are highly collaborative and able to work with culturally diverse teams on a daily  
*   Experience with Reporting and interface responsibility
