Lab Analyst Flow cytometry (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Perform instrument quality control, calibration, compensation, and troubleshooting to ensure

consistent, high-quality data output.

  • Schedule and perform regular maintenance and performance validation in line with manufacturer

recommendations.

  • Assist in panel design, sample preparation, staining, acquisition, and data analysis using FlowJo

or similar software.

  • Support the development and execution of high throughput flow-based assays, including

immunophenotyping, cell viability, cell cycle and cytokine profiling.

  • Develop and implement SOPs for instrument calibration, compensation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and service logs for compliance and reproducibility.
  • Collaborate closely with scientists on immuno-oncology studies, including tumor microenvironment

profiling and immune cell characterization.

  • Cell culture
  • General Lab tasks such as participation in lab organization

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with maintenance and operation of flow cytometers

with preference for hands-on experience with BD Fortessa

  • Solid understanding of flow cytometry principles, sample preparation, and multi-color panel optimization
  • Experience with high throughput FACS acquisition and analysis at 96/384 well scale is required
  • Experience with immuno-oncology is preferred
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Very good English skills are essential and good German skills are desirable
