We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic Sales & Growth team of about 15 people within a company of 50. Our team brings together Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success and Marketing professionals who collaborate closely to drive growth. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to grow within the technology sector, particularly in SaaS. You will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, closing deals with small businesses, maintaining our CRM, and engaging with marketing-qualified leads. As an Account Executive, you will be an integral part of our growing team at IMG.LY, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
Tasks
- Qualify inbound leads effectively and efficiently.
- Close sales deals with small businesses (under €1M in revenue).
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
- Proactively contact marketing-qualified leads to explore potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an SDR or BDR, plus at least one year of proven success in an AE or closing role.
- Familiarity with established sales qualification methodologies; formal sales training is a plus.
- Confident in navigating sales processes in HubSpot.
- Strong ability to build trust by actively listening, showing empathy, and communicating with clarity.
- Skilled at turning complex or scattered input into clear, compelling value propositions.
- Comfortable leading consultative conversations, asking sharp questions, and tailoring solutions to customer needs.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and persistent in managing your pipeline to drive results.
