To strengthen our Customer Support Team, we’re looking for a motivated working student who enjoys communication and direct customer interaction.
Your Role
As part of our Customer Support team, you’ll be in direct contact with winemakers from around the world, especially from Italy and Spanish-speaking regions. You’ll support them in their daily work with our software and help ensure a great customer experience.
