Full-Stack Developer (Client Team)

We are looking for a passionate Full-Stack Developer to strengthen our Client team, working on impactful projects ranging from improving our search capabilities (images & videos), increasing conversion rates, and driving SEO optimizations, to enhancing localization and introducing new media formats.

• Collaborate with other engineers, a designer, and PMs in our cross-functional Client team to develop and maintain user-facing features, ensuring a smooth and intuitive customer experience.
• Build responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces (with React and Tailwind, or similar), adhering to best practices in user experience and accessibility.
• Design and implement backend services and APIs (with PHP, Python, or similar) to support new features and improve existing ones.
• Refactor and modernize legacy components, improving maintainability and consistency across the platform.
• Ensure application reliability, scalability, and performance by implementing best practices in testing, monitoring, and CI/CD.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge with teammates, and maintain high code quality standards.

• 4+ years experience in full-stack web development, including both frontend (e.g., React, Tailwind, or similar) and backend (e.g., Python, PHP, or similar) technologies.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservice architecture, and database operations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud environments (AWS, or similar).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated unit, integration, and e2e testing, and overall software delivery best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize for performance and usability.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adopting new technologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in user acquisition through conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing of funnels
• Experience in user acquisition through SEO strategies.
• German language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
