Intern (f/m/d) - Sales Operations

We are looking for a motivated, curious intern with strong analytical skills to join our international sales team and support our business development, with immediate effect. This is a paid 6 months internship.

• Lead generation and structuring of hunting projects
• Manage CRM system, incl. new customers, deal management, assignment to sales managers (CRM system is HubSpot)
• Research and structure new automated sales approaches through HubSpot
• Technical support of the sales managers for new processes and investigating new improvement initiatives in sales operations
• Generate and format sales reports for team meetings
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., pipeline health, win rates)
• Conduct competitor research and create industry reports

• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and time management skills
• General understanding of sales cycle and terminologies
• Basic understanding or will to learn of B2B Sales environment
• Knowledge of different sport leagues, teams, associations or would be an added benefit
