Tasks
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
- IT System Integration: Coordinate the implementation of IT systems (e.g., Banking & ERP connectivity, cash flow management tools) and ensure seamless integration into existing processes.
- Client and Partner Collaboration: Work closely with clients and partners to meet or exceed expectations, including supporting partner programs like Agicap.
- Communication Management: Establish effective communication channels within project teams and across departments, keeping all parties informed.
- Team Leadership and Motivation: Lead and support cross-functional teams while fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Training and Change Management: Support employee training on new tools and processes, and manage organizational change effectively.
- Project Reporting and Presentations: Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to highlight project progress, challenges, and successes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project progress and risks.
- Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and prioritize project requirements in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Budget Monitoring: Track and manage project budgets, addressing variances and optimizing financial performance.
- Performance and Quality Assurance: Monitor project performance against KPIs and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and adopt best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential project risks with effective strategies.
Requirements
- Successfully completed business studies (university/technical college) or equivalent with a focus on Project Management, IT or Finance
- Profund experience in operational and strategic Finance of internationally oriented companies
- Very good IT, ERP, PPT and Excel skills
- Very good communication and presentation skills. Fluent written and spoken English and German. Knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
- High degree of independence, flexibility, initiative and reliability through results-oriented work and a hands-on mentality
- Hybrid work flexibility and operating effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work and on-site presence
