Laboratory Expert

The Center of Excellence Cleaning Validation ensures that production equipment is properly cleaned to prevent cross-contamination. This involves developing, validating, and performing trace analyses using techniques such as HPLC, ELISA, TOC, and MS. The role of Lab Expert focuses on HPLC method development and validation while collaborating with other analytical methods. The position is based in Kaiseraugst, with occasional on-call duty in Basel.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and validate analytical test methods, with a focus on HPLC, ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines.
• Perform laboratory analyses (HPLC-DAD/MS, TOC, BCA, ELISA) and document results according to regulatory standards.
• Maintain and qualify analytical instruments, ensuring proper functionality and compliance.

Must-Haves

• Degree in life sciences (analytical chemistry or similar) with at least 2 years of lab experience, OR vocational training with extensive experience.
• Proven experience in HPLC-MS method development and validation within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong teamwork, analytical mindset, and fluent German language skills.
