Medical Advisor

The Medical Communication Manager plays a key role in effectively communicating scientific data, developing strategic medical communication plans, and driving innovative programs within the Therapeutic Area. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance scientific education and engagement through digital and in-person channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Medical Education and communication programs, ensuring alignment with medical strategy and effective delivery of scientific content to HCPs.
• Develop and implement Next Generation Customer Excellence (NGCE) programs, integrating in-person and digital communication channels for a seamless customer journey.
• Drive innovative programs and initiatives to enhance scientific communication and education within the Therapeutic Area.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a scientific field (preferably a PhD).
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Medical Affairs, with a strong understanding of scientific data and communication strategies.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) and conversational proficiency in either German or French
