Join the dynamic team at the Iraqi Company for Financing Small and Medium Enterprises (ICFSME) as an Accountant. Established in 2009, and operating under the regulation of the Central Bank of Iraq, ICFSME is dedicated to empowering the private sector by funding projects across various industries, including commercial, agricultural, industrial, service, and healthcare sectors. 1. تسجيل القيود اليومية وفق الأصول المحاسبية المعتمدة.
2. إعداد التقارير المالية (شهرية/ربع سنوية/سنوية).
3. متابعة الذمم المدينة والدائنة وإعداد التقارير المطلوبة.
4. تدقيق المصروفات والتأكد من سلامة المستندات المؤيدة.
5. إعداد كشوف الرواتب والاستقطاعات بالتنسيق مع الموارد البشرية.
6. مطابقة الحسابات البنكية (Bank Reconciliation) بشكل دوري.
7. دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي وتوفير البيانات المطلوبة.
8. حفظ السجلات المالية بشكل منظم وسري.

1. Recording daily journal entries in accordance with approved accounting principles.
2. Preparing financial reports (monthly / quarterly / annual).
3. Monitoring accounts receivable and payable and preparing the required reports.
4. Reviewing expenses and verifying the validity of supporting documents.
5. Preparing payroll statements and deductions in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
6. Performing periodic bank reconciliations.
7. Supporting internal and external audit processes and providing the required data.
8. Maintaining financial records in an organized and confidential manner.

1. حاصل على شهادة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو العلوم المالية والمصرفية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
2. خبرة عملية لا تقل عن (2–5) سنوات في مجال المحاسبة أو التدقيق المالي، ويفضل ضمن شركات مالية أو مؤسسات إقراض.
3. معرفة جيدة بالأصول والمعايير المحاسبية المعتمدة وإعداد القيود والتسويات المالية.
4. القدرة على إعداد وتحليل التقارير المالية الدورية بدقة وكفاءة.
5. خبرة في إدارة الحسابات المدينة والدائنة ومتابعة المطابقات البنكية.
6. إلمام بإجراءات الرواتب والاستقطاعات والتعامل مع البيانات المالية بسرية تامة.
7. مهارة في استخدام الأنظمة والبرامج المحاسبية بالإضافة إلى إجادة برنامج Excel بشكل متقدم.
8. القدرة على التعامل مع عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي وتجهيز البيانات المطلوبة.
9. مهارات تنظيم عالية ودقة في العمل والانتباه للتفاصيل.
10. القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
11. يفضل الإلمام بالتعليمات والضوابط الصادرة عن Central Bank of Iraq والجهات الرقابية ذات العلاقة.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Financial Sciences, or any related field.

• Minimum of (2–5) years of practical experience in accounting or financial auditing, preferably within financial companies or lending institutions.

• Good knowledge of approved accounting principles and standards, including financial entries and reconciliations.

• Ability to prepare and analyze periodic financial reports accurately and efficiently.

• Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as performing bank reconciliations.

• Familiarity with payroll processing, deductions, and handling confidential financial information with a high level of discretion.

• Proficiency in accounting systems and software, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to support internal and external audit processes and prepare the required financial data and documentation.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in work.

• Ability to work effectively within a team, handle work pressure, and meet deadlines.

• Preferably knowledgeable about the regulations and instructions issued by Central Bank of Iraq and other relevant regulatory authorities.

أيام العمل الرسمية من الأحد إلى الخميس، من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً ولغاية 3:00 مساءً.

تُمنح العطل الرسمية وفقاً للتقويم والعطل المعتمدة من قبل الدولة.

Working hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Official public holidays will be granted in accordance with the government-approved holiday calendar.
