Account Manager F/M
To strengthen our teams and development in the US, we are looking for an energetic Account Manager.
You are energetic and want to grow our presence & business significantly.
You will work in an international environment.
MISSIONS
- Prospect new companies and win new customers.
- Follow existing customers and increase our business with them.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales revenue and margin targets.
- Prepare quotations and carry-out commercial negotiation.
- Coordinate the communication between our customers and our different departments (Engineering, quality, customer service…).
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and assist in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
- Use, update, record all developments with prospects and customers on the CRM.
- Report frequently to the management about the sales results, target achievements and business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant experience in sales development.
- Some technical knowledge is preferred.
- High energy level, self-motivated and able to work without day-to-day instruction.
- Effective territory management skills. Internet research skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Some administrative reporting duties necessary.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if proven experience. Technical degree will be of benefit, but not required if proven technical sales experience
