Tasks

About the role

We're looking for someone to take over some training projects to help the next generation of tech sales talent to become better at their jobs. Our training focuses on different use cases, mainly either getting career changers trained to be productive as SDR/BDR as part of their onboarding or upskilling experienced sellers in specific disciplines along the entire sales funnel.

Our best practices and guidelines of the hyrise approach have been documented in a playbook that you can use to help our students reach their full potential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual as well as group live training sessions (workshops) on sales-specific topics along the entire sales funnel.
  • Review and feedback training participants' output such as sequences, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, discovery calls, demos, and more.
  • Share best practices from your own experience.
  • Objectively evaluate each training participant.
  • Proactively participate in content creation/adaptation to individual needs
  • Closely communicate with our Program Operation Manager as well as company contacts on the learning progress of training participants.

Requirements

  • Expert in Enterprise Sales (+ 3 years). You have experience managing the full sales cycle in a complex SaaS environment in a high-growth company.
  • Experience in sales training/coaching. Either from working as a trainer/coach or from leading a team of individual contributors.
  • Hungry to learn and curious to grow. We're looking for attitude. If you get up in the morning feeling positive, ready to hustle, and excited to face new challenges - we want you on our team.
  • Process-driven and extremely organized. You prioritize tasks and take an analytical approach to solve any kind of problem. You have high attention to detail and execute to a high standard.
  • Passionate about people. We're in this to change people's lives. We want people that are genuinely interested in people and their stories.
  • Sense of ownership. Once you commit, you adopt full ownership of a project or task. You feel responsible for not just those tasks which you directly control, but for all those that affect whether or not your mission is successful.
  • Fluent in German and English.
