We are looking for a Product Manager for the Auction team. As such, you will be responsible for building state-of-the-art auction features to optimize monetization and ensure a well-functioning auction marketplace for their advertisers. A successful candidate is someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, is excited to work on a high-impact product used by millions of travelers worldwide, and is enthusiastic about shaping the future of the accommodation search engine industry.

## Tasks

*   Be the Product Manager of the Auction team, a cross-functional team of highly skilled data engineers, data scientists, and software engineers
*   Shape the team’s strategy by understanding our users’ and advertisers’ needs, our technology, and identifying and sizing business opportunities
*   Define operational OKRs and business KPIs, and monitor progress towards our goals
*   Collaborate with tech and data leads by reviewing performance of features and tests to drive future optimization
*   Manage and prioritize the team’s feature backlog and ensure the team stays focused on the objectives
*   Create trustful relationships with stakeholders, be their point of contact for requests, and manage expectations

## Requirements

*   3+ years' experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager or relevant working experience
*   Solid analytical mindset with interest in data, analytics, and technology
*   A proactive, pragmatic, value-oriented mindset to achieve results and handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
*   Good technical understanding and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses
*   Ability to break down complex and cross-functional technical projects into well-sequenced deliverables
*   Experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies
*   Excellent communication skills and high levels of emotional intelligence and empathy
