As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will take a pivotal leadership role in defining how HydroNeo engages with farmers, partners, and the broader aquaculture community. This role goes beyond the typical 9-to-6 — you will spearhead strategy development, design compelling campaigns, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and leverage data-driven insights to maximize impact. Your efforts will directly shape our relationships and drive forward our mission to revolutionize aquaculture through innovation and sustainability.
This role is ideal for a data-driven, hands-on strategic marketer who loves making an impact, thinks in ideas, writes with clarity, validates with data, and is looking for something meaningful and different.
You have the opportunity to relocate to Bangkok for several months to get to know the team, product, and many of our customers. Afterwards, you can decide if you want to stay or move to Surabaya where we set up HydroNeo Indonesia as your role will be across markets.
Tasks
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with HydroNeo’s business objectives.
- Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, paid advertising, and content platforms.
- Create and oversee engaging content tailored to target audiences to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Design, implement, and continuously optimize digital marketing funnels, using A/B testing and data analysis to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to derive actionable insights and enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage marketing automation tools and digital platforms to scale marketing efforts efficiently.
- Implement best practices and use data to analyze, convert, and succeed
- Manage a team of two to drive Marketing in Thailand and abroad
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2C, tech startups, AgriTech, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics platforms
- Proficiency with SEO tools and social media management.
- Experience designing and optimizing marketing funnels and running A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai are highly desirable.
