We are an independent German digital marketing and AdTech company with a globally distributed, remote-first team. We combine international media expertise with proprietary technology, advanced data capabilities, and direct collaboration with software developers.
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Programmatic Manager to take ownership of sophisticated international Display, CTV, and Programmatic campaigns and help shape the next generation of our offering.
As you will work closely with clients and colleagues across Germany and international markets, full professional fluency in both German and English is essential for this role.

Work directly with our developers on APIs, data sources, automation, reporting and scalable optimisation solutions while identifying emerging opportunities across AI, MCP and AdTech.

Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and strengthen the wider team through mentoring, knowledge sharing and consistently high quality standards.

How your impact will be measured

Stronger and more sustainable campaign performance

More reliable, scalable and technically advanced setups
