Chemist / Chemical Engineer (m/f/d)

Humify GmbH is an innovative company specializing in the development, characterization, and application of artificial humic substances. Our goal is to create sustainable solutions for agriculture and the environment. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated chemist or chemical engineer (m/f/d) who will drive our research and development forward and actively contribute to the further development of our technologies.

The successful candidate should fit to the following broader job description:

• Planning, conducting, and evaluating laboratory experiments for the production, characterization, and application of artificial humic substances
• Development and optimization of synthesis and analysis methods
• Assistance in scaling laboratory processes to pilot and production plants
• Technical support in the chemical laboratory, including maintenance and documentation of equipment and processes
• Preparation of specifications for the procurement of services, materials, and laboratory equipment

• Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Initial practical experience in organic chemistry, process engineering, or materials science is an advantage
• Confident use of common laboratory and analysis methods; SAP knowledge desirable
• Good command of English is required. German knowledge is beneficial
